Welcome to e2 Agency! We're excited to have you on board as a copywriter. This SOP will guide you through the process of handling campaigns.
2. Finding the Brand and Accessing Campaigns
Step 1: Identify the brand you're working with, e.g., Supplement Mart.
Step 2: Navigate to the campaign section and open the folder.
3. Proposed Campaigns and Big Ideas
Create a content calendar with multiple ideas for campaigns.
These ideas don't require quality assurance at this stage.
4. Stages of Approval and Quality Assurance
There are three stages of approval and two stages of quality assurance.
Proposed campaigns are the only stage where QA is not needed.
5. Task Progress and Type of EDM
Update the task progress to "waiting."
Choose the type of EDM (Electronic Digital Mail), such as offer promo, single product spotlight, etc.
6. Send Date and Due Date
Specify the send date for the campaign.
The due date will be automated based on the send date.
7. Writing the Copy
Write the copy in a structured format for easy understanding by the graphic designer.
Use appropriate language based on the target market.
8. Quality Assurance and Client Review
Once the copy is written, move it to the Quality Assurance stage.
The manager will review and, if approved, move it to the Client Review stage.
Clients can leave comments for revisions.
9. Revisions and Final Steps
Make necessary revisions based on client or manager feedback.
